Delivery may vary depending on a variety of factors. These factors include the platform, the number of reviews, the preferences you selected when purchasing and our current schedule.
When placing your order, you are able to select one of the following three options:
- Standard delivery
- Prompt delivery
- Express delivery
Standard delivery: Your order will be placed in the queue behind priority orders. Depending on the order and our current schedule, standard delivery may take up to two weeks.
Prompt delivery: Your order will be placed in the queue with priority. Depending on the order and our current schedule, standard delivery may take 5 to 7 business days.
Express delivery: Your order will be placed in the queue before priority orders. This means your order will be processed before those that ordered the “standard delivery” option. Depending on the order and our current schedule, express delivery may take 2 to 5 business days.
Alright, so when will I receive the reviews? #
On average, customers that purchase with standard delivery receive their first review within 9-10 business days. Those who require a timely delivery will need to select the appropriate delivery option when purchasing.
Big orders and/or orders with specific requests/requirements may longer wait times. The maximum wait time is 20 business days for special orders. When this is the case, you will be promptly notified.
