Before doing anything, please wait 10 minutes and allow the payment to be recognized and processed by our system.
If you still do not see the payment confirmation on the website but you are confident the payment was sent successfully, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Order ID (can be found on the orders page or the order email confirmation)
- Payment details (ex. transaction ID, payment reference)
- Proof the payment has been sent successfully (ex. screenshot of the payment page that included payment details)
Cryptocurrency payments #
If you paid using a cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin, please note that payments require a minimum of 3 confirmations for security reasons. Please wait until your transaction has three or more confirmations on the Blockchain before contacting us.
PayPal & Bank transfer payments #
If you paid using PayPal or bank transfer, please note the payment must be processed manually on our end. For this reason, PayPal payments might take up to 3 business days before being confirmed.
