No matter which certification you seek, the procedure for the customer is effortless and always the same.
You will be required to provide the following details:
- Order ID (can be found on the orders page or the order email confirmation)
- Email address/Username
- Password
You can register a new account with a new email address if you wish. It’s crucial that you choose a genuine email address. We advise against using temporary email addresses, as they may be displayed on your certificate.
Alternatively, you can use your existing account and temporarily change the credentials. After completing the procedure, you are able (and strongly encouraged) to revert or change your account credentials.
Specific platforms allow you to change the email address after obtaining the certification(s). However, they do not allow you to change your name. It is usually your full name displayed on the certifications.
How long does it take? #
Depending on our availability, the exam(s) and the certification(s) you purchase, the process may require anywhere from one hour up to five business days.

Simply provide the account credentials and allow up to 5 business days for your order to be completed. You will receive all certifications in your full name directly to the provided email address.
